Umbrellas are expected to be seen in most precincts today of the Barangay Elections 2010 and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Elections in the Philippines set today October 25, 2010. President Noynoy Aquino will vote in Central Azukarera de Tarlac

As expected, the president of the Philippines will be voting in today's Barangay Elections 2010. He is expected to come to the Central Azukarera de Tarlac school to vote for the election at about 10:Am according to reports in ABS-CBN UKG (Umagang Kay Ganda).
