As expected, the president of the Philippines will be voting in today's Barangay Elections 2010. He is expected to come to the Central Azukarera de Tarlac school to vote for the election at about 10:Am according to reports in ABS-CBN UKG (Umagang Kay Ganda).
In the meantime, according to reports also, some parts of Tarlac will have the Philippines Barangay Elections postponed due to floods. Some areas in Bangued Abra is experiencing election delays due to cases of election fraud for some politicians being charged for keeping fake ballots.
In Bacoor Cavite, some precincts were experiencing delays in the arrival of election paraphernalia and is being reported to have the election postponed if the said delay will continue until the last hour of the elections.
