We all know that the Philippine national elections 2010 had been successful on its first ever election automation. Despite this success, the current 2010 Barangay Elections will still remain on manual voting procedure including the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK Elections 2010).
The reasons why this was implemented all over the Philipines could be because of the costly expenditures for an automated Barangay Elections.
